The welcome party took place at the main Yellowstone Clubhouse overlooking the golf course. We woke up the morning of the wedding to find out that the summer lightning storms were making it unsafe for the ceremony to take place on the Yellowstone Club Helipad as planned. With some quick thinking and teamwork, the wedding ceremony was moved inside the Yellowstone Club Barn where the reception was taking place that night. With a longer cocktail hour, they were able to flip the room to house both the wedding ceremony and the reception!
The remarkable floral design by The Flower Hat had many design high points – one of which was the floral arbors that lined the ceremony walkway. In addition to the many floral arbors, they also lined the front of the ceremony with a circular installation. To transition from the ceremony to cocktail hour guests followed a floral-lined pathway out to the treehouse bar. West Coast Music kept the party going all night long with endless entertainment.

"Elizabeth Lanier's work speaks for itself. It’s effortless, timeless, and genuine. She’s as much an incredible photographer as she is a joy to have around. We learned from our engagement session how efficient she is and that is so helpful on a wedding day when you have so much packed into that one day! We were able to actually enjoy the day, time with each other, and loved ones without feeling like it was just a full day long photo shoot. After it’s all said and done photography is the one thing you actually get to take away from your wedding day and in my opinion that makes it priceless. It was an honor to have Elizabeth Lanier behind the lens captured the moments that we’ll cherish for a lifetime."
