” Charleston, South Carolina has always been a special place for me. I grew up going to Kiawah Island as a little girl and then when some of my family moved to Charleston I started visiting more frequently. I love the charm of Charleston and exploring the beautiful downtown streets; I always knew I wanted to get married there! Todd and I kicked off our wedding weekend with a quick engagement session around those same streets we have wandered many times before. Our wedding venue was Middleton Place and we knew we wouldn’t have time for these photos together around downtown. Since we are based in New York City, this session allowed us to meet our photography team and get comfortable behind the camera and have beautiful keepsake images from our favorite place!”
